Getting Started with Zenith by Awakend - Best Practices

So you purchased your first bottle of Zenith by Awakend. Now what?

First of all, Congratulations on taking the first step to having more control over your health. Once your bottle arrives, I know you'll want to dive in and get started.

Before you do, I recommend taking photos. Then, the same day you take your photos, take your starting body measurements. Below is an example of the form I use to keep track of my measurements. You'll want to do this monthly. You can also download this file at the bottom of the page.

You can do several things to increase your success while taking Zenith.

  1. Drink lots of water. I recommended drinking a minimum of 64 ounces of water daily with Zenith. I notice more weight loss when I drink a large (more than 8oz) glass of water with every dose.

  2. Be consistent. Remember to take 3 pills before your 2 largest meals of the day. I have a travel pill container in my purse with extra Zenith pills in case my day takes me away from home to avoid missing out on that dose.

  3. Zenith is even more effective combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise. If you need help eating well or consistency with workouts, contact me. I can provide you with referrals to nutritionists and personal trainers, or I can be your accountability partner.
