5 Simple Ways to Reduce Sugar Cravings
Sugar cravings are no joke. Am I right?

One of my goals in 2023 is to reduce my intake of processed sugary foods and drinks. So I've been researching the best ways to curb these cravings. These 5 tips are the things that are working best for me, so I wanted to share them.

Increase your protein and fiber intake. Protein and fiber can help you feel full longer, which can help reduce sugar cravings.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Staying hydrated can help regulate hormones and increase sugar cravings.
Avoid sugar-filled snacks. Instead, snack on healthier options like nuts, fruits, and vegetables.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has been shown to reduce stress, which can help decrease sugar cravings.
Get adequate sleep. Lack of sleep can increase sugar cravings, so ensure you get plenty of rest.
